Engineering for tomorrow, trusted today

「毅」— the first character of our company name, and a reflection of our guiding principle.Pronounced 'Ngai' in Cantonese, this Chinese radical means having a firm will, to persevere in the face of difficulty.

Materials carry both utility and responsibility

We do not create for the disposable culture of single-use plastics, nor do we work with polymers known to be harmful to the human body. Our core research and development ethos is to create high-performance plastics for products that are designed to last. We believe in creating materials that extend the life of products and can give new life to plastic waste.

Innovating for the future

Since 2021, we have partnered with The Chinese University of Hong Kong to found Ngai Hing Innovation, a research, development, and manufacturer of silica-based nano materials to directly tackle pressing environmental and biological threats of our time, including the proliferation of microplastics (and other known toxic materials) via cosmetics, clothing, food packaging, and everyday plastic goods.

Taking a closer look:

Beautiful Glass Fiber Technology is our approach to achieving an imperceptible glass fiber effect. Through our optimized formulation, glass fibers are optimally arranged and positioned within the polymer matrix to produce an exceptionally hard and smooth surface finish. These effects can be observed with both short and long glass fibers and with several material classes.

Material BaseMaximum Glass Fiber Content
Nylon 6660
Nylon 650
Polypropylene40
PBT30
ABS20

All material classes will feature the same distinct quality of imperceptible glass fiber contents without changing molding and processing parameters or part design. This description does not imply any guarantee of certain properties, however. Final effect varies according to part and mold design.

Exceptional surface quality

Imperceptible glass fibers under normal molding conditions, providing a high gloss, smooth, and uniform surface.

Superior durability

Superior glass fiber dispersion and polymer matrix organization, producing superior durability and strength.

Enhanced hygiene

An ultra-hard and smooth surface minimizes friction and prevents contaminants from becoming trapped.

Just for Fun / Innovative

Resins we've created through happy accidents or joint developments with our customers to enable their product development innovations.

Hyperelastic resin

Ever play with a piece of elastic that felt like it could never, ever, ever break? Yep. This is what that is. Even after 10,000 rounds of maximum extension, parts molded with this resin perfectly retain its original shape.

Moldable resin

A moldable, clay-like resin that is pliable, retains memory and is slow to rebound. Almost feels like there's a metal wire embedded inside holding its shape.

Shapeable resin

Resin that retains memory and can be shaped/reshaped through warm and cold water. Warm to mold, cold to set. Works with molded parts up to 1cm (0.4in) in diameter/width.

Conductive resin

Resin made for electronic interactive games. Unlike other metal-filled resins, this base resin is a light gray and can be colored to different dull colors such as dark purple, brown, and blue.(TPE group is black in color.)
